Health and Safety Policy

At Kids University, the health and safety of our children and staff are our top priorities. Our comprehensive Health and Safety Policy ensures a secure and healthy environment for everyone in our care.

1. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
• Regular cleaning and disinfecting of all classrooms, toys, and common areas.
• Handwashing protocols for children and staff before meals, after using the restroom, and after outdoor play.
• Availability of hand sanitizers in all rooms and common areas.

2. Illness and Exclusion:
• Children showing symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) must stay home and can return only after being symptom-free for at least 24 hours.
• Immediate notification to parents if a child becomes ill during the day, with a request to pick up the child as soon as possible.
• Policies for notifying parents about contagious illnesses in the center and steps taken to prevent their spread.

3. Medication Administration:
• Written consent from parents required for administering any medication.
• Medications must be in original packaging with clear instructions.
• Trained staff members responsible for administering and documenting all medications.

Attendance Policy

• Parents requested to inform the center in advance of planned absences.

2. Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
